Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to BlessCademy Tutorials services. By booking a session or engaging with our website you agree to comply with the policies outlined here.
Services
BlessCademy Tutors provide academic tutoring, mentorship, and study resources tailored to each student. Sessions are scheduled according to agreed plans and may be delivered online or, where applicable, in-person.
Learner Responsibilities
Learners must attend sessions on time, complete agreed tasks, and provide accurate academic information. Notice of at least 12 hours is required to reschedule sessions.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due prior to the start of each billing cycle. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the chosen plan.
Privacy and Data Protection
We protect student information in line with POPIA. Personal data is used solely for delivering tutoring services, coordinating schedules, and communicating with students or guardians.
